Return Policy – 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident and inspired when purchasing artwork from Sedlarski.art. If for any reason you change your mind after receiving your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
You can choose between:
- Store Credit for the full purchase price, or
- A refund to your original payment method, less a 20% processing fee based on the total order amount.
Need help selecting a different artwork? We’re happy to assist you in finding a new piece that’s a perfect match for your space and taste.
If the Artwork Arrives Damaged or Misrepresented
If your artwork arrives damaged or doesn’t match its description, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method — no processing fees — as long as the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or documentation received with the order.
Refunds will be processed in Euros (EUR) or the currency of your original purchase, subject to current exchange rates at the time of the refund.

are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns on any artwork that has been altered after delivery (stretched, cropped, framed, or modified in any way).
