We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required, no hidden fees.
2. Delivery Times
Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged by the artist. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs clearance.
3. Packaging
All original artworks are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Certificates of authenticity are included (when applicable).
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer, and may vary based on your country’s laws.
6. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
